HOUSING LOANS INSURANCE CORPORATION (SALE OF ASSETS AND ABOLITION) ACT 1990 No. 16 of 1991 - SECT 20
Liabilities of Corporation may be transferred
20. The sale agreement may provide for the transfer of liabilities of the
Corporation to the buyer or a subsidiary of the buyer.
