HEALTH LEGISLATION (PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REVIEW) AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 22 of 1994 - SECT 11

11. In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:

"amended Act" means the Health Insurance Act 1973 as amended by this Act;

"commencement" means the commencement of this Act;

"unamended Act" means the Health Insurance Act 1973 as in force immediately
before the commencement.
