HEALTH LEGISLATION (PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REVIEW) AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 22 of 1994 - SECT 15

15. If:

   (a)  the Minister referred a matter to a Medical Services Committee of
        Inquiry (Pharmaceutical Benefits) or a Dental Services Committee of
        Inquiry under the National Health Act 1953; and

   (b)  immediately before the commencement, the matter had yet to be
        concluded under that Act; that Act, as in force immediately before the
        commencement, continues to apply until the matter is finally disposed
        of.
