HEALTH LEGISLATION (PROFESSIONAL SERVICES REVIEW) AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 22 of 1994 - SECT 3

3. The object of this Act is to create a new professional services review
scheme under the Health Insurance Act 1973, setting out, in particular:

   (a)  the process by which people are found to have engaged in inappropriate
        practice; and

   (b)  the action that may be taken against them.
