HONEY MARKETING ACT 1988 No. 33 of 1988 - SECT 34

34. (1) The Presiding Member may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage
persons to perform administrative and clerical services in connection with the
performance of the function of the Selection Committee.

(2) The Presiding Member may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage persons
having suitable qualifications and experience to be consultants to the
Selection Committee to assist the Selection Committee in identifying persons
suitable for nomination to the Minister.

(3) The terms and conditions of engagement of persons engaged under this
section shall be such as are determined by the Selection Committee.
