HANDICAPPED PERSONS ASSISTANCE ACT 1974 No. 134 of 1974 - SECT 13

13. (1) The Minister may, in his discretion, on behalf of Australia, make a
grant of moneys in accordance with this Act to an eligible organization as
assistance towards meeting the cost of an approved project of maintenance.

(2) The amount of a grant to an eligible organization in respect of an
approved project of maintenance shall not exceed four-fifths of the cost to
that organization of that project.
