HANDICAPPED PERSONS ASSISTANCE ACT 1974 No. 134 of 1974 - SECT 20

20. Where a person is employed by an eligible organization in connexion with
the provision by the organization of a prescribed service-

   (a)  the Minister may by writing under his hand direct that the person be
        regarded as an approved officer for the purposes of this Part in
        relation to that prescribed service; and

   (b)  where the Minister is satisfied that the person is not wholly employed
        by the eligible organization in connexion with the provision of the
        prescribed service-the Minister shall set out in the direction the
        proportion of the remuneration of the person that the Minister
        considers is attributable to the person's employment in connexion with
        the prescribed service.
