HANDICAPPED PERSONS ASSISTANCE ACT 1974 No. 134 of 1974 - SECT 29

29. A claim for the payment of a fee under this section shall be in a form
approved by the Minister and shall be lodged with the Minister within a period
of 6 months, or such longer period as the Minister permits, commencing at the
expiration of the period of 12 months' normal employment to which the claim
relates.
