HANDICAPPED PERSONS ASSISTANCE ACT 1974 No. 134 of 1974 - SECT 34

Regulations. 
34. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying
out or giving effect to this Act.
