HANDICAPPED PERSONS ASSISTANCE ACT 1974 No. 134 of 1974 - SECT 4
Approved training and approved activity therapy.
4. Where the Minister is satisfied that training or activity therapy is
provided, or proposed to be provided, at any premises, for persons who by
reason of their being handicapped are in need of training or activity therapy,
the Minister may, by writing under his hand, for the purposes of this Act,
approve the training or activity therapy so provided or proposed to be
provided at those premises.
