HANDICAPPED PERSONS ASSISTANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 105 of 1976 - SECT 3

3. (1) Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) the words ''$3.50 for each day after the commencement of this Part'' and
substituting the words ''$5.00 for each day''.

(2) Notwithstanding the amendment of the Principal Act made by sub-section
(1), section 23 of that Act as in force immediately before the commencement of
this Act continues to apply in respect of each day after the commencement of
Part VII of that Act and before 1 November 1976.
