Section  4 

FORMAL AMENDMENTS

The title to, and the following provisions of, the Principal Act are amended
by omitting the word ''Australia'' (wherever occurring) and substituting the
words ''the Commonwealth'':-

Sections 3 (definitions of ''eligible organization'' and ''government
authority''), 10 (1) and (3), 13 (1), 15 (1), 18 (1) and (4) and 31 (3).
