FORMAL AMENDMENTS

The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by omitting
''Australia'' and substituting ''the Commonwealth'':

Sub-section 5 (1), sections 6 and 7 and sub-sections 8 (1), 9 (1), 10 (1) and
13 (3).
