HONEY RESEARCH ACT 1980 No. 144 of 1980 - SECT 6

6. (1) A separate account shall be kept of the moneys in the Research Account
representing the amounts paid into the Research Account by virtue of
paragraphs 5 (1) (a), (b), (c) and (f).

(2) A separate account shall be kept of the moneys in the Research Account
representing-

   (a)  the amounts paid into the Research Account by virtue of paragraphs 5
        (1) (d) and (e); and

   (b)  the amounts paid into the Research Account by virtue of sub-section 5
        (2).
