HUMAN RIGHTS AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION ACT 1986 No. 125 of 1986 - SECT 46

Reports to be tabled in Parliament

46. The Minister shall cause a copy of every report furnished to the Minister
by the Commission under this Part other than sub-section 29 (5) to be laid
before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after
the report is received by the Minister.
