HUMAN RIGHTS AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1986 No. 126 of 1986 - SECT 20

Establishment and functions of Council

20. Section 28 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(2) "Human Rights Commission" (wherever occurring) and substituting

"Commission".
