HUMAN RIGHTS AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1986 No. 126 of 1986 - SECT 26

Delegation

26. Section 40 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting "Human Rights Commission" (wherever occurring) and
substituting "Commission"; and
(b) by omitting "that Commission" (wherever occurring) and substituting "the
Commission".
