HUMAN RIGHTS AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1986 No. 126 of 1986 - SECT 9

9. Where an Act appropriates money for the purposes of, or in connection with
the activities of, the Human Rights Commission, references in that Act to the
Human Rights Commission shall, after the commencement time, be read as
references to the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission.
