HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACT 1981 No. 24 of 1981 - SECT 17
Consultative committees
17. (1) The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister, establish such
committees as it thinks desirable for the purpose of consultation with the
Commission in relation to the performance of its functions.
(2) A consultative committee shall consist of a representative of each of such
non-governmental organizations as the Commission determines and such other
persons (if any) as the Commission considers appropriate.
