HEARING SERVICES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 No. 81 of 1997 - SECT 26

26 Arrangements for dealing with complaints
The Minister must take all reasonable steps to ensure that there are at all
times in force arrangements under which:

   (a)  a participant in the voucher system has the right to make a complaint
        about the provision to the participant of hearing services in
        accordance with an agreement under Part 3; and

   (b)  a complaint so made will be properly considered and dealt with within
        90 days after it was made.
