HEARING SERVICES ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 No. 81 of 1997 - SECT 33

(1) The Minister must make his or her decision on reconsideration of a
decision within 90 days after receiving an application for reconsideration.

(2) The Minister is taken, for the purposes of this Part, to have made a
decision affirming the original decision if the Minister has not informed the
applicant of the Minister's decision on the reconsideration before the end of
the period of 90 days.
