HOMES SAVINGS GRANT ACT 1975 No. 49 of 1975 - SECT 8

Eligible married persons. 
8. Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) the words ''A person is an eligible person'' and substituting the words
''Subject to section 14E, a person is an eligible person''.
