IMMIGRATION (UNAUTHORIZED ARRIVALS) ACT 1980 No. 112 of 1980 - SECT 22

22. In proceedings for an offence against sub-section 6 (1), (2), (3) or (4),
7 (1), 8 (5) or (7), 11 (6), 18 (4) or 19 (4) in relation to a vessel, a
certificate by the Minister that a person specified in the certificate was, at
a time, or at all times during a period, specified in the certificate a
relevant person is prima facie evidence of the matter certified to.
