IMMIGRATION (EDUCATION) AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 35 of 1991 - SECT 10

10. After section 9 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Services for non-government organisations

"9A. The Minister may arrange to provide language training and related
services to or for a non-government organisation or non-government body.".
