9. Section 24 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (3)
(a) ''by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under the Customs Tariff 
(Anti-Dumping) Act 1975 '' and substituting ''by the Minister administering
the Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 1975 under that Act''.
