INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1986 No. 102 of 1986 - SECT 26

26. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by inserting after the definition of "communication" in sub-section (1)
the following definition:

" 'foreign intelligence' has the same meaning as it has in the Australian 
Security Intelligence Organization Act 1979 ;"; and
(b) by inserting "11A," after "11," in the definition of "warrant" in
sub-section (1).
