- Amendment of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987
1 Subsection 37A(1)
After "foreign country", insert "or the International
Criminal Court".
2 Subsection 37A(2)
Insert:
"International Criminal
Court" has the same meaning as in the International Criminal Court Act 2002 .
