INSURANCE LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 1 of 1992 - SECT 9
Exemption in respect of insurance business carried on for benefit of limited class of persons
9. Section 37 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "Treasurer"
(wherever occurring) and substituting "Commissioner".
