INSPECTOR-GENERAL OF INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY ACT 1986 No. 101 of 1986 - SECT 16
Inspector-General to consult with Auditor-General
16. The Inspector-General shall, before commencing an inquiry into a matter
relating to an agency, have regard to the functions of the Auditor-General in
relation to that agency and may consult with the Auditor-General in relation
to that matter with a view to avoiding inquiries being conducted into that
matter by both the Inspector-General and the Auditor-General.
