INSPECTOR-GENERAL OF INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY ACT 1986 No. 101 of 1986 - SECT 28

Leave of absence 
28. The Prime Minister may grant to a person appointed as Inspector-General
leave of absence from duty on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or
otherwise as the Prime Minister determines.
