Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006

1  Section 5 (paragraph (b) of the definition of IGIS official )

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

                     (b)  any other person covered by subsection 32(1) of the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security Act 1986 .
