INDUSTRY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1986 No. 89 of 1986 - SECT 26

26. The Minister may, by notice in writing published in the Gazette, declare
an activity to be an eligible activity for the purposes of the definition of

"eligible activity" in sub-section 4 (1).
