INDUSTRY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1986 No. 89 of 1986 - SECT 27

27. (1) Where the Board considers that it would be consistent with the object
of this Act for a company which proposes to commence to carry on an
eligible activity in Australia to be an eligible company, the Board may, by
resolution, declare that company to be an eligible company for the purposes of
this Act.

(2) A declaration under sub-section (1) may be revoked by a resolution of the
Board (whether or not constituted by the persons constituting the Board at the
time the declaration was made).
