INDUSTRY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1986 No. 89 of 1986 - SECT 36
Results of projects to be exploited
36. The Board shall not enter into an agreement under this Act in relation to
a project of research and development activities unless it is satisfied that
the results of that project will, where appropriate, be exploited on normal
commercial terms and otherwise in a manner that will be for the benefit of the
Australian economy.
