INDUSTRY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1986 No. 89 of 1986 - SECT 38

38. Nothing in this Act shall be taken as preventing the inclusion in an
agreement under this Act with a researcher of provision for the repayment by
the researcher to the Commonwealth on breach by the researcher of the
agreement, or in any other circumstances specified in the agreement, of the
whole or a part of a subsidy paid to the researcher under the agreement.
