INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 109 of 1993 - SECT 24

24. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definitions:

" 'Department of the Australian Public Service' has the same meaning as the
expression 'Department' in the Public Service Act 1922;
'Secretary' has the same meaning as in the Public Service Act 1922.".
