INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REFORM ACT 1993 No. 98 of 1993 - SECT 16

16. Section 143 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection

(2) the following subsection:

"(2A) The Commission must ensure that a decision or determination covered by
subsection (1) or (2) (except a certified agreement or enterprise flexibility
agreement):

   (a)  is expressed in plain English; and

   (b)  is structured in a way that is as easy to understand as the subject
        matter allows.".
