INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REFORM ACT 1993 No. 98 of 1993 - SECT 46

46. Section 76 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subsection (1A) and substituting the following subsection:

"(1A) The pecuniary penalty payable under subsection (1) by a body corporate
is not to exceed $10,000,000 for each act or omission to which this section
applies.";

   (b)  by omitting subsection (2).
