INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REFORM ACT 1993 No. 98 of 1993 - SECT 6

6. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definitions:

"'paid rates award' means an award specifying actual entitlements, rather than
minimum entitlements, in respect of wages and conditions of employment;
'State award' means an award, order, decision or determination of a State
industrial authority;".
