INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REFORM ACT 1993 No. 98 of 1993 - SECT 71

71. Section 127A of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting in subsection (1) "and in section 127B" after "section";

   (b)  by omitting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:

"(2) Application may be made to the Court to review a contract on either or
both of the following grounds:

   (a)  the contract is unfair;

   (b)  the contract is harsh.";

   (c)  by omitting from subsections (4), (5), (6) and (7) "Commission"
        (wherever occurring) and substituting "Court";

   (d)  by omitting paragraph (4)(c).
