INCOME TAX (RATES) ACT 1976 No. 57 of 1976 - SECT 8

Act to be deemed to be the Act declaring rates of income tax.

8. For the purposes of sub-section 160 (3) of the Assessment Act, this Act
shall be deemed to be the Act declaring the rates of income tax payable for
the financial year commencing on 1 July 1976.
