INCOME TAX (RATES) AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 22 of 1980 - SECT 13

13. Schedule 16 to the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (a) of clause 1 and substituting the following
        paragraph:



"(a) in pursuance of section 98 of the Assessment Act in respect of a share of
the net income of a trust estate; or"; and

   (b)  by omitting from clause 2 "98 or".
