INCOME TAX (RATES) AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1980 No. 59 of 1980 - SECT 4
Prescribed year
4. The year of income commencing on 1 July 1980 is declared to be a prescribed
year of income for the purposes of section 9 of the Income Tax (Rates) Act
1976 .
