INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 50 of 1976 - SECT 9

9. (1) Section 73A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from the
definition of ''an approved research institute'' in sub-section (6) the words
''Department of Labour'' and substituting the words ''Department of Employment
and Industrial Relations''.

(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have had effect
on and from 22 December 1975.
