Rebate of tax for certain primary producers


55. Section 156 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from paragraph (5) (a) ''section 98'' and substituting
''sub-section 98 (1) or (2)''; and

(b) by omitting from sub-section (6) ''section 98'' and substituting
''sub-section 98 (1) or (2)''.
