INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1980 No. 57 of 1980 - SECT 22

22. (1) Section 159K of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "$350"
(wherever occuring) and substituting "$559".

(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) applies to assessments in respect of
income of the year of income commencing on 1 July 1980 and in respect of
income of all subsequent years of income.
