INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1980 No. 57 of 1980 - SECT 3

Source of royalty income derived by a non-resident

3. (1) Section 6C of the Principal Act is amended by inserting "or credited"
after "paid" (wherever occurring).

(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) applies in relation to income
derived after 1 May 1980.
