INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1980 No. 57 of 1980 - SECT 8

8. Section 56 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (b) of sub-section (4) "and section 57AF"
after "this sub-section";

   (b)  by inserting in paragraph (d) of sub-section (4) "and section 57AF"
after "but for this sub-section"; and

(c) by inserting in sub-section (4) ", subject to section 57AF," before "be
deemed to be".
