Income Tax Assessment Amendment Act (No. 3) 1984 No. 47 of 1984 - SECT 3

3. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting ''or 77D'' from paragraph (a) of the definition of
''apportionable deductions'' in sub-section (1) and substituting '', 77D or
77F''; and

   (b)  by omitting '', section 79'' from paragraph (a) of the definition of
''apportionable deductions'' in sub-section (1).
