Income Tax Assessment Amendment Act (No. 3) 1984 No. 47 of 1984 - SECT 50

50. Section 159R of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (8) (b) ''79'' and substituting ''23FB'';
        and

   (b)  by omitting ''79'' from sub-paragraph (b) (ii) of the definition of
''policy of life insurance'' in sub-section (9) and substituting ''23FB''.
